Roughly two in three of our patients fly in. The travel program is coordinated by the Office — not a third-party agency. From the first virtual consultation to the post-op follow-up at home, you are speaking to the people who will be in the room with you.
Choosing your clinic
Beirut — and how we decide.
Most procedures are performed in either clinic. A small number are exclusive to one location — keratopigmentation in Beirut, XERF and The Saab Body Protocol™ .
For most patients, the choice is logistical: visa, climate, the length of stay, and where you would prefer to recover. The Office will walk you through it on the first call.

What we coordinate
The whole trip — not just the surgery.
Virtual consultation. A first conversation by video with Dr. Saab, in English, Arabic, or French. We discuss goals, examine photographs you send in advance, and outline a tentative plan and a stay length.
Visa and travel. For Schengen, GCC, and Lebanese visas, we provide supporting letters. Our team in each clinic answers logistics questions before you fly.
Accommodation. We partner with select hotels within a short drive of each clinic — Rabieh for Beirut, Recovery-friendly rooms, quiet floors, and discretion.
Transfers. Airport pick-up, hotel-to-clinic transfers, and a dedicated driver during the stay if required.
Language support. English, Arabic and French are spoken across the practice.
Post-op follow-up. Your care continues well beyond surgery. Our medical team is available 24/7 for post-operative support, whether you are still in Lebanon or have already returned home. If you fly back, we continue your follow-up remotely by phone, ensuring ongoing guidance, monitoring, and support throughout your recovery.
