The Saab Body Protocol pairs XERF radiofrequency body sculpting — the same device used in the United States by, among others, the Kardashian camp — with refined liposuction and skin tightening, delivered in a single coordinated programme.
Patients from across the region and beyond fly in for the protocol, complete it over three to seven days, and return home with a defined plan for follow-up.

Recovery
What the recovery looks like.

Days 1–3
Compression and rest
Compression garments are worn continuously. Light walking is encouraged.

Week 2
Return to office work
Most patients return to desk work. Compression continues for four to six weeks.

Month 3
Defined result
The defined result is in place at three months. RF maintenance is offered annually.
