Eyelid Surgery
Upper and lower blepharoplasty — restoring the eye region with French-school finesse.
Signature method
The signature version of this procedure is The Paris Eyelid Method™. Read about the deeper protocol on its own page.
Overview
Eyelid Surgery — in our words.
Eyelid surgery addresses the upper lid, the lower lid, or both. Our method is the Paris school approach — conservative, fat-repositioning rather than fat-removing, and protective of the lid margin.
For the deeper treatment of the signature method, see The Paris Eyelid Method™.
Who it's for
- Patients with upper-lid heaviness that creates a visible fold of skin.
- Patients with lower-lid bags or tear-trough hollows.
Technique
How we operate.
Upper lid: skin and selective muscle excision via a fine incision in the natural crease. Lower lid: transconjunctival approach with fat repositioning — no external scar.

Risks & honesty
What we don't pretend isn't true.
- No surgery is risk-free. We discuss the specific risks of your case in consultation, not as boilerplate.
- Individual results vary. Patient anatomy, age, healing biology and aftercare all shape the outcome.
- Revision rates across our recorded series are below the published industry average — but they are not zero.
- Dry-eye sensitivity for a few weeks is common and managed with lubricating drops.
No surgical or non-surgical procedure is risk-free. Individual results vary. This page is a summary; the full discussion happens in consultation.
Questions
Questions worth answering.
Not in the sense of altering your natural eye shape. Our Paris-school approach is conservative and fat-repositioning rather than fat-removing, so the aim is a rested, natural eye that still looks like yours — not a rounder, more “operated” shape. The lid margin and natural crease are protected throughout.
Dr. Nader Saab conducts every consultation personally — not a coordinator or associate. He examines your anatomy, discusses what a realistic result looks like for your face, and addresses the specific risks of your case directly rather than in general terms.
