Endoscopic Forehead Lift

A brow-lift that restores the natural arch of the brow without an over-lifted appearance.

Overview

Forehead Lift — in our words.

A forehead lift, or brow lift, addresses descent of the brow and deepening of the upper-lid hollows.

Performed selectively — many patients are better served by an upper-lid blepharoplasty alone. The decision is made in consultation.

Who it's for

  • Patients whose brow position has descended with age.
  • Patients whose upper eyelid heaviness comes primarily from the brow, not the lid itself.

Technique

How we operate.

Endoscopic access through small incisions hidden in the hairline. The brow architecture is elevated and secured to the underlying bone.

Risks & honesty

What we don't pretend isn't true.

  • No surgery is risk-free. We discuss the specific risks of your case in consultation, not as boilerplate.
  • Individual results vary. Patient anatomy, age, healing biology and aftercare all shape the outcome.
  • Revision rates across our recorded series are below the published industry average — but they are not zero.
  • Sensory changes in the forehead scalp are common and usually resolve within three months.

No surgical or non-surgical procedure is risk-free. Individual results vary. This page is a summary; the full discussion happens in consultation.
