No. Our closed approach places every incision inside the nose, so there is no external columellar scar — a deliberate difference from open rhinoplasty techniques.
The external splint is removed at the one-week mark at the office, after which bruising has largely faded and a discreet return to social life is possible. Most international patients plan to fly home from around day 7 to 10, confirmed individually at your splint-removal visit.
