Signature procedure
The Paris Eyelid Method™
Blepharoplasty with the finesse of the French school — a precise, conservative approach to the eye region.
Overview
What the procedure is, in our words.
The eye region is the first part of a face people read and the last part that should ever look operated on.
Our method, learned in Paris in the 1990s and refined ever since, is deliberately conservative — repositioning the fat compartments, removing only what cannot be repositioned, and protecting the lid margin so the eye looks restored, not opened.
How it differs
Paris Eyelid Method — how it differs.
| Trait | Standard | Dr. Saab's method |
|---|---|---|
| Lower lid approach | Skin-pinch with subciliary scar. | Transconjunctival, scar-free, with fat repositioning. |
| Fat handling | Removed. | Repositioned to address the tear trough. |
| Upper lid | Conservative skin excision. | Skin + selective muscle, with lid-margin protection. |
A technique you can describe in a sentence — and a result you live with for a decade.
— Dr. Nader Saab

Sutures removed at day 6–7. Most patients are presentable with concealer at this point.

Final settle
The fine swelling resolves over six weeks. The result emerges quietly.
