Recovery
What the recovery looks like.

Day 0
Surgery and same-day discharge
Most patients return home the evening of surgery. A splint is placed externally for one week.

Week 1
Splint removal and review
The splint is removed at the office. Bruising fades; you can return to social life with a discreet result.
- 03
Weeks 2–6
Refinement of swelling
Edema settles steadily. Most patients return to exercise at three weeks and can fly internationally.

Months 3–12
Final architecture emerges
The final 10% of the result reveals itself across the year as deep tissue remodelling completes.
